Opening Prayer:
Objective:
show that we are all different physically, but God loves us all equally.
First:
ask each child to say their name, age and if he/she is a girl or a boy. Explain that God gave us a physical body that has different parts and different functions. This body enabled us to be born. Ask the children to touch their nose, ears, mouth and eyes (ask them to close and open their eyes as well).
The spiritist teacher can also: ask the children to hold hands and form a circle; ask them to move right or left, sit at the floor and stand up together at the same time. Highlight the importance of the movements we do with our hands and legs. Please raise some examples to them: we can catch and play with toys, ride a bike, run, hug our friends, play with a ball, etc. Mention we should look after our physical body so we don’t get sick’, since this is a gift from God.
Second:
Take some pieces of children’s clothing to this class. Show/ask them in which part of the body these clothes are to be worn. Remind them of the importance of wearing clothes that are appropriate to the outside temperature. Highlight what really matter is to be wearing clean clothes; not its beauty or clothes brand.
Closing Prayer
Third: activity -
