First: Opening prayer; get the children to repeat after the Spiritist volunteer. As weeks go by the Spiritist volunteers should encourage the children to volunteer for this task. If they don’t want to collaborate we could say we will follow the letters of the alphabet. The child’s name that starts with the letter A will do the opening prayer this time. Everybody will have the chance to collaborate as the weeks unfold. The child’s name that starts with the letter B will do the closing prayer at the end of the session.
Second: Welcome the children into the session. Say how happy we are to see them there and how important they are for the class. Sing songs together; get the children to remain standing but in a circle.

Third: Live Theatre.
We need 2 Spiritist workers would act Veronica’s discovery story. One would be Veronica and the other Veronica’s mother.
Announcer (only at the beginning to introduce the characters of the story)
This is a story about Veronica’s family. She only lives with her mum, but she has got 2 pretty dogs who she loved so much!

Fourth: Kids Turn - Lets the children act the story now.
The Spiritist worker will say bad behaviour situations which 1 or 2 kids may act. In a meanwhile, the others children would be asked the way that he/she should behaviour.
Examples:
Mom calls her son several times to go take a shower while he/she is playing video game
The brother has taken her sister’s doll and she starts to cry
Child throwing her books away
Child answering and shouting her/his parents;
Child disorganizing her/his toys
Parents asking child several times to go study or do homework while they are playing football
Father asking for help and the son pretending doesn’t listen his father.
Fifth: Slides - Show the pictures in a power point slides and get a conversation with the children.
* Ask what the kids are doing in the pictures.
* Ask if the kids in the pictures are doing good or bad action?
* Ask if they are helping people?
* Ask if they help people and how they do it
* Ask if they feel good or bad when they help people

Ask the children if they collaborate at their homes and in which way. Use this opportunity to praise the ones who already help at home and encourage the others to start helping more at the house duties.
Talk about the importance of collaboration within the family.
Sixth: Poster - Create a big poster with kids helping people. The Spiritist Worker will bring the same pictures used in the previous slides. The children will have also the opportunity to draw on the poster as well

Ninth: Homework - Kids will receive a paper book where they have to draw how they help her/his family at home.

Class suggested being suitable for: Nursery (3 to 4 years old) and Kindergarten (5 to 6 years old).
