Opening Prayer
First:
tell the children the story "A Chat on the Bus".
Here below there are some suggestions for drawings to be worked with the children:
Bus
Claire
Renato
Louise
Second:
please ask the children questions about the story.
Was Renato’s attitude important for Claire? Why?
Is there a right time for us to act correctly? We should always have good attitudes; at all times.
What attitudes should a child have in order to make the world a better place? Please remember we should not wait for huge things to come into our hands, but let’s make small changes today. If we add up a good portion of small good actions, these will make a HUGE difference in the world.
Third:
Here below there are some suggestions for the spiritist teacher to highlight to the children.
Kindness gets transformed into love and benefits everyone who gets closer to us. Kindness must be present in all our actions.
Even if we think our attitudes are not perceived by anyone, let’s remember God sees everything.
We should analyze everyday before going to bed if we behaved with kindness during the day. If we didn’t have kind attitudes, let’s pray to God and to our protector spirit. We should ask them to help and guide us on the next day so we can have loving and kind attitudes.
Fourth
- activity: please ask the children to pain the drawings that illustrated the story. They can cut them out and glue them into cardboard. They can also glue a thick cardboard behind it to enable the drawings stand up.
