Ask each youth member to bring their cell phones to this class; ask them to hold them in their hands. Question the group:
- What does the mobile phone mean in the life of each one of them?
– What has the mobile phone changed in your life?
– Do you have control over your mobile phone?
– Do you know how to use all the mobile accessories that it offers? (Importance of reading the manual of the mobile phone)
- Dial a 0800 number (it is suggested that a 0800 number is dialled that accepts calls from any phone, in order to avoid legal problems with the phone providers) and describe what happened. (You will call and be answered)
- Dial a 0800 number that doesn’t accept calls from mobile phones.
- Call any number that accepts collect calls and (preferably) that will take some time to be answered.
- Call the spiritist teacher’s mobile number; don’t say this is your number (leave it within sight of the group). The phone will ring in front of everyone and the spiritist teacher won’t answer it.
(Communication from here to there... the spirit will receive the thought vibration from the one who wants to get in contact, but if he/she can’t answer, he/she won’t answer... it could be that the person who tried to contact us will get in touch at another time... the same happens when someone tries to call your mobile number)
– Ask them to describe their mobile phone’s make, model and service provider as well as its resources.
Just as there are different phones with different options, there are types of mediumship.
Make a correlation between the mobile number and the mediumistic faculties; talk about the different types of mediumship.
