Earth's, in its primitive stages, was in formation process. The temperature was excessively high; scientists argued that would have reached up to two thousand degrees, along with huge electrical discharges that were taking place.
Finally, the earth began to cool down. The earth contracted, getting smaller and the gases changed to liquid as they cooled. Heavier materials drew to the centre of the earth. The heavier liquid settled at the middle of the earth. As the earth cooled more, a solid crust formed over the over the liquid material.
As the crust cooled, it got wrinkled and burst open in spots. Gradually cracks formed in the crust. Water that formed under the earth's crust escaped from the cracks in the earth and soon water vapour formed above the earth. This lead to cloud formation. Larger droplets formed in the clouds and as they were pulled to the earth by gravity came the first rainfalls. The rain at first evaporated as soon as it hit the earth. Later, as the earth continued to cool, the rain stayed on to form lakes and oceans. At first the water was all fresh water, but as it had chemicals from the earth's crust mix in, the water of the oceans became salty. At one time the earth was all water on its surface. According to scientific evidence, the early atmosphere consisted of water vapour, hydrogen, methane and ammonia.
Various chemical reactions began to take place which would result in the creation of new compounds and elements. One of the family of compounds created over time were the amino acids, the building blocks of protein.
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein, and thus the building blocks of life. As amino acids molecules accumulated in the oceans over millions of years, some molecules reacted chemically to form larger and more complex ones. The mineral or primitive gas compounds, as they interact, became able to assimilate an energy or fluid called vital , non-existent in organic compositions.
Thousands of years were needed from Jesus workers of Jesus, to develop forms patiently. Thus, single-celled microorganisms (albuminous cells, amoebas) were the first forms of life to develop on Earth. They moved along the water, where they found oxygen necessary for life, an element that was still not available on Earth to sustain animal existence before, the large vegetations.
These single-celled organisms have evolved into ever more complex organisms. The human being represents the being, on this planet, that reached the highest share of evolution.

Letícia Müller
